As a Contract & Project Manager at Nordic Unmanned Flight Services, you’ll be instrumental in supporting new and ongoing contracts, where we currently deliver critical maritime surveillance across Europe. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and projects, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes. With over 4,000 flight hours annually, you’ll work on cutting-edge unmanned technology, ensuring our operations set new standards in maritime and environmental monitoring. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, combining contract management with project execution to drive excellence in UAV services.
You’ll be responsible for managing contract compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and cultivating strong client and supplier relationships. Your role ensures each project not only meets contractual obligations but also maximizes business opportunities, customer expectations, providing high-quality & safe unmanned aerial services.
It is a requirement for this position that applicants must have a residential address in Norway.
What You’ll Do:
- Full Lifecycle Management: Lead contracts and projects from bidding to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations and contractual terms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison with clients, fostering relationships and securing timely equipment procurement.
- Bid & Sales Contribution: Drive bids and proposals, helping position Nordic Unmanned as a leader in UAV services.
- Operational & Financial Excellence: Oversee project budgets, track financial performance, and implement improvements to enhance contract profitability.
- Reporting & Improvement: Generate performance reports on contract and project (P&L responsibility), maintain project documentation, and contribute to process optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business).
- Experience in contract and project management within Aviation, Engineering sectors or similar.
- Strong negotiation, communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong contractual understanding.
- Team player and able to drive a cross-functional team towards project success.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and P&L.
The role is primarily intended in our main office in Sandnes in Norway, but for the right candidate we can consider hybrid solutions with remote office.
